An order can be closed if:
a) All the items ordered have been delivered.
b) and if the order has been invoiced.
Please note that once the order is closed, you can't create a receipt against the order, neither you can create an invoice against the order.
To manually close an order, follow the steps below
1. Open the order by clicking on the order # from the order landing age.
2. Then go to the Actions menu and select the "Mark as closed" option
4. Click Ok to close the order.
