1. To create a Credit for a memo, Go to the invoice section and open the invoice for which you want to create a credit memo.
2. Go to Actions and Click on "Create Credit Memo".
3. The system will create a CM from the Invoice by copying the invoice data.
4. Click on "Choose File" on the left-hand side to upload credit memo image.
5. Enter the Supplier Credit Memo # and adjust the amount in the line item to match the credit memo account.
6. Click on Create Credit Memo to create the Credit Memo.
7. Once the credit memo is created, the system will adjust the outstanding balance for the invoice and you can see the details under the Remittance section of the invoice.
