Withdraw a quote from Supplier/s

 

In case you want to change the quote after it has been sent to the supplier, you can do that by clicking on the "Withdraw" button after clicking on the quote from the landing page.

To make changes to the quote after sending to the supplier

1. Open the quote by clicking on the quote # from the landing page

As you would notice, the status of the quote is "Sent to supplier"

2. Once the quote is open , click on the withdraw button to withdraw the quote.

3. Enter comments and click on withdraw.

4. The system will send an email to the vendor informing them that the quote is not available anymore. The comments entered here will be sent to the supplier.
