How to unlock a user?

If a user has been locked out of their account, you (need to have Admin access) can follow the below steps to unlock any user. 

1. Go to users and click on the "Eye" icon. 

2.  After clicking on this icon, a pop-up will appear.

3. Click on "OK" to unlock the user's account.
